Grapes: Alicante Bouschet
Winemaking/Vinification: Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation in 10.000 litres vats, with pumping over system and temperature control at 28º-30º Celsius. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days.
Ageing: Four to six months ageing in oak barrels.
Aroma: Aroma of red fruits.
Tasting Notes: Ruby. It has volume in the mouth, it is fruity and tasty. A wine with a vigorous and rustic character and with distinctive tannins.
Food pairing: Red meat and lamb tagine.
